How to delete your account

You can permanently delete your account and personal data directly from within the app:

Open the Kithu Bathi Gee Dahana app
Go to Settings
Tap Delete Account
Confirm — this permanently deletes your account

What data is deleted

When you delete your account, the following data is permanently removed:

Your name
Your email address
Your phone number
Your account and profile data
Your favourites and saved lists
Your Firebase authentication record (login credentials)

What data is kept

None. All of your personal data is deleted immediately from our backend database and from Firebase Authentication when you confirm the deletion. We do not retain any of your personal information after your account is deleted.

Can't access the app?

If you are unable to open the app or complete the steps above, you can request account and data deletion by contacting us. Please email us from the address associated with your account and include a request to delete your account:
